This restaurant is directly across from the train station and near several hotels. Our breakfast was reasonably priced (5,90 Euros each) for orange juice, good breads and jam, and coffee. We had breakfast a second morning during our stay, and the food and service were just as good as the first morning.

Stopped off here whilst in transit between airport and rail station and wanted some 'French' but not corporate chain. This place fitted the bill nicely and offered a good selection of traditional and local food. Everything we had was fresh and well presented.

Good location near the station. Attractive setting. Menu is very ordinary. Chose mussels, the first of the season. OK, just about but then I am an expert cooker of mussels myself. These were large and plump and quite tasty but lacked something. Chips were not so good. Service was OK. Correct for a busy mid day.

Next to a good restaurant (we found out later), this one was awful. They had a formula of 9. euro for mussels and fried which when arrived was a small shared plate of fries that were left in burnt oil giving them a vile taste. The mussels were dry and overcooked with almost no sauce. We couldn't wait to leave... More

The only good thing in this restaurant is the wifi that is working really well. Otherwise the food is not good and is expensive. We took mussels with fries and there was sand in the mussels.

This is a very convenient stop for food and/or drinks directly across the street from Bordeaux gare (train station). In this case, we just enjoyed a glass of wine making connections into and out of Bordeaux.

I might as well have been. After finding my own table, in a 3/4 empty restaurant, I was ignored for 15 minutes. Even after calling to the Maitre D' ( She looked straight through me), it took another 5 minutes for a waiter to spot me. A rather gruff greeting, he then took my simple order of a pizza and... Wondered past this at 1030pm looking for a place to eat - this restaurant was open til late. We had the duck and it was very good and well priced. Good service. Would return.
