Restaurant was recommended by friends that normally know where to find the good places - so expectations were high, but the restaurant really delivered! It is a big place which is not always very cozy, but they managed to make a great mix between modern...and fresh yet warm and cozy. Food was great. Nice combination between the classical French kitchen but with some asian influences. Efficient and fast service. Even though the place is big you should reserve well in advance. It was packed and we could only get a table at 21.00. Would love to come back in the summer when you can enjoy the outdoor courtyard as well.More

The building is unique, you must see to believe. Otherwise you get very decent cuisine at reasonable prices. Service efficient, pleasant and discreet, the opposite of the usual pomp+rudeness you get in France. Could not wish for more actually.

The design of the restaurant is so wonderful that even if the food was not this delicious, I would still enjoy being there!

We, the two of us, had a lovely thursday dinner at the restaurant. We didn’t make the reservation and were seated at the bar, first, after we agreed on that. However in just 10min, the waitress offered us a table :) Fine food, great wine...and excellent service! The staff was truly professional and discreet. Peacefull and laid back atmosphere in a specious building. Highly recommend!More

Truly enjoyed my visit to Les Haras. The building and grounds are beautiful. Charming atmosphere - a large old stable turned into a modern yet warm restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient and everyone's meal was delicious. This should be high on anyone's list who...is visiting Strasbourg.More

We had a business dinner in this restaurant during our stay in Strasbourg. The Ambiente is definitely a factor that can impress. The meals were very good, but that's what you would expect for the price. Maybe it was just during our visit, but the...coarses came a bit too fast after each other for my taste. They could have left more time to enjoy them. The staff were friendly, so no complaints about that. I personally think, that it's more the interior of this place, that will impress you. I can recommend this restaurant if you don't mind the higher prices.More

We had a team dinner (16 people) at Les Haras last week. They had a great room that was able to accommodate our whole group. I hear it books fast so if you need it, book early. The food was great and the menu was...fairly diverse. One member of our team is vegetarian and their vegetarian offerings were limited but he ate well. I did not have dessert but I heard a lot of raving over the desserts from my co-workers. The service was outstanding. The restaurant was busy but they have us great service. Several of the servers speak English which worked well for us as only one or two members of our group spoke French. I highly recommend Les Haras and hope to go back next year.More
