So, so good! The service was wonderful, the food was wonderful, and the prices were more than fair. We enjoyed authentic tarte flambée on our last night in Strasbourg, and it was fantastic! I have nothing negative to say about this place. It's in the beautiful centre of a beautiful city, tucked in the stone basement of a very old... More

My wife and I wanted to try the local flambe flatbread and we chose this place based on the TripAdvisor reviews. Wow - we were blown away by the experience! The flambe was great and the service was quick and friendly.

We visited Strasbourg as a port on our Christmas Market river cruise in December 2016 and decided to remain in town all day rather than go back and forth to the ship for lunch. We strolled through town away from the cathedral and reached a quieter area. Le Thomasien's menu and appearance appealed so we settled here for lunch. The... More

Had a nice onion soup and then tarte flambée. We went there 3 colleagues. One of the taste's was burned and not tasteful, but the others were fine... The place was very cosy and staff was excellent. The atmosphere was super nice. I would go there again...

Two of us had the tartes flambé... Amazing!! We decided to try the one with mushrooms gratinee... Outstanding! Another one in our party tried the roesti from Strasbourg, really good. The menu of the day was also part of our options ... 15€ meat, fries, salad and ice cream! The local wines were good and refreshing!

Beautiful terrace, lots of activity and good people watching. The food was fantastic and well priced. I ordered a knack Rostï which was fantastic. They have a great kids menu, my 4 year old devoured her knack frites. The waitress was lovely and very attentive.

We had dinner here and found the food tasty, service good and outside seating area comfortable. When the rain began the staff assisted those who weren't under cover into the restaurant. We wants to eat here again but they were closed on Mondays!

We had an amazing tipical meal at Le Thomasien the Saturday before Easter. The place was crowded, the staff very gentle. The tarte flambé is a must (I had the three cheeses).
