For a delicious food, very nice and cozy place with great service in Colmar, don't miss L'Epicurien. Simply amazing risotto with Jacobmussel and special deserts! Highly recommend!

Outstanding food and great friendly service - scallops were exceptional as was the veal chop - end it off with a stunning creme caramel and enjoy great wine expertly suggested by the delightful waiting staff 😃

We had been traveling since the night before, flying and driving to get to Colmar. We were so taken in with the village the beautiful streets, the colors the atmosphere, we could not stop taking pictures. We had not really eaten the whole day the we realized it was getting late and we were hungry. So starting to look for... More

We were more than a bit surprised by the high quality cooking inside what seemed to be a bar à vins with food. The pictured salade à St.-Jacques (scallops salad) was excellent, as was the Patagonian gambas with sweet potatoes. The veal chop was also perfect. Given the quality of the food, the preparation, and the service, the prices are... More

Cannot wait to come back here. A great meal, especially the skrei (young cod, I believe) wrapped in pancetta (belly bacon) a fabulous crusty exterieur and a moist tasty interior. Great scallop appetizer as well. quality ingredients. Excellent choice of wine by experts. Only "reserve " was the boss whom, upon hearing my wine question was clearly not interested. I... More

Ordered the plat du jour, which was brilliantly prepared and presented. The recommended Alsatian white wines were delicious! Reservations are a must even for lunch. The high point of a memorable visit to Colmar.

Food was excellent with a special 'worth-to-mention' for the 'Coquilles-sint-Jacques'. Vast offer of excellent wines and liquors. Correct service but nothing special about it (place was fully reserved) Although no 5 stars as: - a bit overpriced - no bottle of Riesling white wine below 28 EUR (and that in the region of origin)

Loved it in so many ways, but it was totally accidental. After almost 2 weeks in Germany we came to the Alsace for a day -- to eat. My husband actually made the reservation in the wrong restaurant but when we saw the menu we decided it really was the right one. I do not understand the complaints in other... More

We were lucky enough to stumble across this little gem of a place and got a table in the sunshine outside. It's not too touristy but rightly popular. We both have steak and chips which were both superb. The fish choices looked lively from what we saw. Definitely worth a visit for lunch or dinner.
