Received a 20% off voucher through the door which prompted a long overdue return visit. After the usual poppadums and dips, we share a starter. All the dishes were good, and my tandoori lamb chops makhanwala was excellent. My veggie friend had a dish with okra that was also very good. Service polite and swift. Drinks a little pricy, but... Rashmi kebab starter was excellent. Main courses were lovely. Good bread and rice too. Can't fault the food. A few suggestions for improvement..... Clean your menus. Opening a page and watching dried rice fall out over the table is not a good start. Refurbish your toilets. Horrible.

As soon as you walk in it smells amazing. The restaurant is fairly bright, which makes it more relaxing to enjoy the meal. With it being a nepalease restaurant, the art on the walls are very cultural which complements the restaurant. The food is lovely , and the service is impeccable. Some dishes are spicy, which may not suit every... More

We keep on going back here, time and time again. It's not the best Nepalese on Burton Road, but it's consistent, reliable, friendly and tasty. Great lamb chewla (if you can take your food hot!).

I have always considered Namaste Nepal one of the best curry houses in Manchester, but last night they excelled themselves. Incredible food. Incredible service. An incredible restaurant. Everytime.

I found the decor and layout of this restaurant very dated, and the atmosphere was erringly quiet. Service was odd too. A waiter asked if we wanted drinks, and when we said yes he walked off, same happened with ordering food & the bill. The staff were pleasant enough but service was a bit slow. I didn't rate the food... More

We are regulars at the Namaste Nepal and have been for many years. However a visit on 24th September fell well below expectations and poor customer service ruined the night. A table was booked for nine, however on arrival, the table was on set for eight, and cramped at the end of the restaurant with very little room for people... More

I picked the cumin rice as it looked interesting and asked what would go well with it. The waiter asked if I liked spicy flavours, suggested chicken kantipurmithi and then described how it was prepared. It was gorgeous. Succulent chicken, spicy sauce and really interesting rice.
