Jilani's is more known for its desserts. We came here for the food. I went for the grilled mains. I was rather surprised how quickly the food arrived. It was nice but nothing outstanding. Well presented, reasonably priced and filling. Even the service was average.

Took the family for desert to Jilani’s. We’re actually attracted to this place by watching a recommendation by a YouTube blogger a few days back. I won’t go into detail, but in short will not be returning (well that’s difficult anyway as we made a...day trip from London!). Need to sort out their customer service, staff seemed disinterested and annoyed before we had even sat down. Internal decor can do with a rethink, too dark and cheaply. Ordered their sticky toffee pudding with ice cream, a pistachio falooda, and some bubble gum ice cream for the kids. Apart from the bubble gum ice creams, the other items were bang average. Perhaps the most average falooda I have ever tasted at a restaurant. Up your game big time.More

I have to say the customer service, efficiency and food were all excellent. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and we did not have to wait a single minute extra. The food arrived within 15 mins of us ordering and tasted...amazing. The restaurant was really busy yet they were really efficient in making sure things were done on time. Impressive.More

Take away vanilla falooda and cornflake pie. The ice cream was fine but was a touch sceptical with the noodles. Nonetheless it was fine. The cornflake pie base was awfull and the cornflakes very soft with hardly any ‘crunch’, either with out without the custard....Very average desserts.More

Been here a couple of times and on both occasions the food was lovely. Prices are pretty decent too.

Went to Jilanis with a friend and the kids. Ordered some chicken tikka, which was tasteless and dry as anything, rice was tasteless and my sons chicken burger was disgusting too. I went home hungry and had to have an alternative tea. Service is also...slow and was unsatisfactory. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.More

This is a great place that is more known for its desserts and rightly so. I've been with family before who've enjoyed it but I eat with a mate this time. He got some milky dessert and I got peanut butter stack and custard. It...was intense and smooth. All that you want. The price was £5 for both of us. I couldn't believe how cheap it was. This is the best place on Wilmslow Road for desserts in my opinionMore

Absolutely pathetic customer service from the 3 members of staff and then to top it off the manager was even worse no customer service skills no regard for the customer arguing with me just for the sake of where I chose to sit instead of...taking my order they were not even busy at the time but they were more concerned where i was sat, then one of the staff took away the menus they would not take our order until we moved seats will never go back there again remember we are paying for our food we not eating for free so we will choose where we want to sit not be told by ignorant and arrogant staff with horrible attitudes will never go back there...!!!More
