Popped in on the off chance. Great service. My sister is vegan and the chef prepared a real treat for her . We had steak ciabatta I ordered half and it was huge. Very good value for money. Clean and fresh….

It took over 15 mins standing in a line just to ace an order, and another 20 mins just to get the tea and coffee we ordered. They need to employ more staff. Free

A busy and occasionally chaotic cafe just off Deansgate. The ciabatte are huge and delicious but you can opt for half-sizes. There's a wide menu for breakfast, mezze, etc. Never been disappointed here

We always head for this place for lunch when we are in Manchester . I had the hot lamb ciabatta (half) and if I lived here I would be there every day. So tasty and reasonably priced too. Well worth a visit

I used to walk here from the Spaces office at St Peter’s Square practically every lunchtime as it was just a few minutes down Peter Street. I would normally grab a sandwich to go, but if I had the time, would take a pew on...one of the stools in the window. As I moved around the city centre working in different offices, I tended to make a beeline for Katsouris whenever possible – so if working at either the WeWork in Spinningfields, Orega on King Street, even one of the Bruntwood properties around Piccadilly, I’d make the slightly longer walk. I was predictable and would always get the prawn and egg salad sandwich. I would also often grab something from the deli, too, so there were always some delicious sun-dried tomatoes or olives in my fridge at home. Very much looking forward to it reopening this spring!More

Stopped in the midland hotel and because of renovation there was no breakfast. So Sunday morning we had a walk to find breakfast(this isn't easy in manchester unless you want McDonalds or wetherspoons) anyway found katsouris and went in confident of a good breakfast as...we've been in the original cafe in bury numerous times. First sight is the shelves with drinks and sandwiches on. Empty with the odd can of coke, but it was the dirty rusty shelves that was the eyesore. Didnt look like the European deli thats in bury it looks like a greasy spoon. Ordered cappuccino which was cold and about 3%coffee 97%milk. Bacon butty( bacon was 100% cooked hours earlier or the day before. My wife ordered a bagel which they didn't have so she ordered a toasted teacake. Rock hard and cold, the butter hadn't melted. We just left as our bill was only 7quid. No problem with it being full of builders having breakfast but even with screens the social distancing is non existent. To say the name katsouris used to mean something in bury and wasn't surprised when they opened on deansgate. But it was shocking and now is no more than a shell of what it was. Its put me off using the bury shop after this visit aswell.More

This place has gone down hill from previous years. I ordered a magic bag using the two good to go app and the whole purpose is to gain food I help them cut down on waste. The used a container which before I even made...it home collapsed and food ended up in my carry bag. The meal consisted of soggy salad which it will be next to warm rice and a very small amount of pulled meat. The meat was badly seasoned and there was barely any of it probably most of it came out due to the poor packaging. The man that served it up was half bothered and seemed more focused on giving me rice which is one of the cheapest basic commodities known to man. I did complain to too good to go and got my money back but I feel a poor review is also valid. It almost feels like because businesses have lost out on profit since March that they will screw over the consumer any way possible which is obviously bad for reputation. Never again! Your better off heading mcdonalds or similar where you expectations are lower and your cool with that. I don't have pictures as they were taken via the too good to go app as part of my complaint.More

The food is lovely, shame the manager can’t take criticism and would rather argue with his customer rather than manage his staff effectively. Waiting 15 minute in the morning for them to make your bacon and sausage sandwich is bad enough when all the ingredients...are pre cooked and just need putting on some bread. But for then the manager hold your sandwich hostage because you dared to criticise his management of staff to the point you give up and ask for your money back is a joke. I complained that they had made me late, and rather than quickly get me my food and apologise, he would rather argue with me and say I was impatient. Such a shame because the food is lovely. Just don’t head there if you have something to do within the next hour, because it will take that long for them to make your food.More

I would not go here for a champagne breakfast.... It's like a canteen. Not the kind of place you would open a bottle of fizz.

Hi Andrea! There are vegetarian options. You don't need to book, although at peak times can be crowded I've never waited more than 5min. Cheers!
