Met a friend for coffee ended up staying 2 hours. Great quirky relaxing atmosphere. Bookshop at back to browse. Place to unwind round the corner from the busyness of Didsbury Village. Get off the world for an hour or two as you watch the world...More

Always enoyed going here. I like the quirky atmosphere and the shabby chic ambience, the food is interesting and varied. But is complacency setting in? Am beginning to detect a take-it-or-leave-it attitude ,slow service, food not always as expected . Noisy with music to entertain...More

I spent a relaxing afternoon here having coffee and a scone, reading my book while it was raining outside. It is a very cozy place and the bookshop in the back gives an extra relaxed feel so I felt comfortable getting my own book out...More

Very indie vibe, if you are after somewhere which isn't high end this is okay? Little bit rugged round the edges which isn't for me really, Although they did get our drinks order wrong I can't judge too much. The food actually look nice but...More

This cafe is characterful and cosy. If you want a place to enjoy an extended coffee or a light lunch in a quiet environment for a cosy chat, this is it. An added bonus is the second hand bookshop at the back.

I have been here several times, it has a great selection of loose leaf teas. Very cute atmosphere. The one time I had brunch it was pretty good. It can get very busy though so expect a wait for a table at peak times.

I've been here quite a few times for coffee over the last few months and always been impressed with the quality and service. Having the book shop at the back is a lovely touch and it's nice to peruse the tightly packed bookshelves while waiting...More
