Decent beer, decent food, decent company, nice clean place. No theatre anymore, but it's a good trade for good grub and drink. Back when it was a theatre venue the beer was rubbish, now it's great.

Great pub opposite what was the old BBC studios in Manchester. Some excellent beers on draft and always a warm welcome from the friendly staff.
