I went here last Sunday for a drink and it is a nice place to relax in. They only sell prosecco by the bottle but it was only £12 and it was good quality.

The George and Dragon is a perfectly fine pub with ales of average quality. Its quite comfortable and I would recommend it as part of a bar crawl.

I have been going to the George since I was a small child with my parents, the place hasn't changed that much but has a lovely friendly atmosphere.

The George and Dragon is your archetypical old skool boozer which serves a fantastic range of well kept real ale. The landlord could charitably be described as a character and is a top, top guy always ready with a witty comment or top banter. The...More
