We had lunch during a visit to Samlesbury Hall and were not disappointed. Big portions, an extensive menu and beautiful food. Got to go back!

Had only been there a week before but decided to stop there for lunch on way to Lake as it is only a few miles off the motorway at Preston. Well worth it.

Located within Samlesbury Hall is an award-winning restaurant open daily for Lunch Sunday - Friday (Closing occasionally on Fridays for weddings - please check before you travel) There is no admission fee if you visit Samlesbury Hall just to dine in the restaurant. Booking is advised on Sundays and on busy event days such as Mothers/Fathers Day and over the festive period.
