The meal was exactly what was required, and the Courage bitter was the best... More

A nice place a little bit dated. Only a double bed option would have liked a king size option curtains didn't keep out the early morning sunshine doors did slam a lot. But staff were friendly polite and helpful. Taxis and ice and glasses provided when we asked.

This is a very special hotel, although it's not new, but this hotel is very warm and clean, the buildings is very beautiful, waiters and waitresses cordial and polite, always ask us what we need help. Dinner has a variety of options, and all meals are made at the same time , very fresh and delicious; breakfast is also very... More

We were staying at the hotel to visit relatives and decided to invite them for the Sunday carvery before setting back. The meal was quite excellent and there was a good selection of meats on offer that was carved in front of us. It was nice that we could go and help ourselves to more veg and sides but to... More

This is a quiet place to go , but can be hard to get served. I have been twice recently and one of the times we left because of this. When we have been served it's been alright.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We booked a table for 4 for Sunday carvery and the service was shocking from the start and just got worse. After waiting a considerable amount of time after our starters had been cleared away we had to flag down a waitress to ask if we could go up for the carvery... More

I really enjoyed my evening meal at Grange Moor Hotel. It was nicely prepared and presented and at the same time good hearty food. It went down well with a pint of ale.

We had two evening meals here while staying in the hotel and we were very impressed with the menu, the food, the presentation and the service. Delicious food, served by an excellent waitress.

we (a small team of 8) a group of sales persons were informed that the above venue had been chosen for a team meeting/Christmas lunch. With ample parking at the rear of the hotel, and the location in Maidstone away from the town centre this ticked a couple of boxes straight away. the menu that was provided prior to our... More

Soup was overspiced, inedible lump of meat could have been used as a cricket ball, dessert was bland, service was poor. Bread roll, meat sauce and icecream were nice, and the restaurant and toilets were clean.
