Fish & chips quite nice, & the others had burgers, not bad. nice clean place & bar staff friendly. They have a different buffet style theme running every night, haven't tried it myself. Nice little garden at the back to sit in the warmer months, attached is a hotel.

Came in as we were in the area and wanted somewhere for a quick bite to eat with the children. Service was fast. We asked for the children's meals to come out as soon as possible and they arrived within 5 minutes. Food was hot and tasty. Standard pub grub which was what we expected from a brewers fayre. The... Stayed at the premier Inn next door for one night so took advantage of the continental breakfast before driving to Gatwick airport and was the usual good standard for an establishment next to a premier Inn. Also had a drink here the night of arrival and the service was good and friendly.

Let's start by mentioning the advertising for the Chef's Counter Sunday Carvery - both online, and on TV screens in the restaurant itself, we're told the Carvery hours are 12-6pm. That is, unless (as today) they "run out" by 2pm. What? That's less than a third of the way through the six hour advertised time slot. Very disappointed today -... More

We got here at just after 5 it is now 19:15 and we are still waiting for them to clear our mains away. The service is friendly and warm but oh so painfully slow. The food is cheap and cheerful and we would eat here again if they can clear the starters and mains a bit quicker. It took 15... More

Visited here on the Sunday as a couple and then on the Monday with our son. We visit on a regular basis, as it is such good value. The beer, wine and food is affordable. The restaurant is spacious. The staff are friendly and hard working. Have seen some bad reviews but cannot understand why? You wouldn't visit here for... More

On arrival to brewers fayre, found a table, ordered food, 2 scampi. Scampi was fine, chips were nice, but peas were like conquers. The staff are not pleasant, just not a enjoyable place to socialise. Glad this ain't my local!
