Literally zero options for vegans on the menu, seems like the only place i can think of that doesn't do anything vegan at all, and i go all over.

Booked in overnight for business the following day. Ordered meal at 18:43 got the New York burger, chips were really overcooked and some solid. The burger was not too bad but the burger itself was flakey and crumbly. As I was eating alone that was all done with by 19:05. The time at writing this is 20:06 and i still... More

I arranged a Christmas family dinner in mid December which turned out to be a disaster. Service was awful, not a big surprise as there were only three very junior staff to manage both the restaurant and bar. It took well over three hours for 12 of us to finish dinner due to the incredibly slow service. It was only fortunate... More

As a couple we come here quite regularly as it is good value for money. It is never too busy and especially at lunchtimes it has a nice atmosphere.

6 of us went there for a friends 65th birthday meal. I've rated this a 2 because the quality of food just wasn't acceptable for a modern restaurant that's part of a big chain. OK, some of the food was just about adequate, but a lot of it was not. My general view of restaurant food is: I don't care... More

Simple and what you would expect for the money. Good choice of drinks and relaxing atmosphere in the bar.

Good value, good food and a good service to match. Order at the bar, take a seat, wait for it to arrive.. Only had to wait 15 mins maximum, seemed rather busy so more than happy with the wait... I opted for fish and chips and my Wife opted for Scampi... Overall very tasty, can't really complain about the price.

We go fairly regularly, the food menu changed recently, so a good choice of old favourites and something new. If you go early you can get a deal for meals.

This was right next to the hotel we stayed at and it was very good value for money. We both had lamb shank and it was delicious. Friendly staff and great service.

Fish & chips quite nice, & the others had burgers, not bad. nice clean place & bar staff friendly. They have a different buffet style theme running every night, haven't tried it myself. Nice little garden at the back to sit in the warmer months, attached is a hotel.
