This is a very busy cafe with a great selection for breakfast including french toast and pancakes. Outside table available and very popular with cyclists on coastal route. I had an enjoyable breakfast of poached eggs, bacon and white pudding. My poached eggs were a bit hard which was unfortunate however friends at the table had perfectly cooked poached eggs.... More

So cheerful and friendly. A welcome oasis. Seafood chowder was as good as it gets in a top class restaurant.

Have been visiting here for nearly two years now. Not really off the beaten track but always worth a visit. Beautiful breakfasts and lunches including healthy options. Cakes a always great and coffee is by badger and dodo. This cafe is loved by locals and always busy. Definitely worth a visit.

The Bay Cafe in Brittas Bay has added a much needed heart to this area. It is populated by locals, drop ins, cyclists, golfers etc. Belinda and all her staff give an equally warm welcome to everybody. The service, food and general ambience are excellent and it is such a welcome addition to the area.

Cake and coffee very nice. Had lunch and it was tasty but over priced for what it was. Linguine in a tomato sauce for 8.95. ingredients couldn't have cost more than 1.50.

Not open all year round so check first before you travel. Really nice for light lunch especially in the summer months. Locals love it so book if its high season. They usually open in the evenings in the summer. Check out their FB page.

I try come here at least once a month, and if I can I'll introduce friends to this place. Strangely my personal trainer kept ranting on about this place and the French toast it does. So after weeks of nagging I decided to check it out, and OMG. You have NEVER tasted French cinnamon toast like this in your life... More

I am falling in love with this place in the first sight when I was there. My friend of mine showed it me and since then I can even drive an hour to get a breakfast there. They changed the heart decoration but the Cafe is still full of love. The food is amazing, can't wait to eat there again.... More

Breakfast for two after a wet and windy night in Brittas. I had the full breakfast and my partner the eggs and mushrooms. We had Granary bread toast with both. Each breakfast was excellent with generous portions. A couple of cappuccinos and Americanos and the bill came to 20something including tip. Nice feel to it and the service is crisp... More
