A tavern near the Vartry River in Wicklow. This pub has recently been renovated yet still retains an old atsmophere. Meals are served al day and the food is quite agreeable. It is quite a busy establishment . The staff are pleasant and accommodating and willing to chat. A nice place to Visit in Wicklow

We popped in during a visit to Wicklow. We had a very good lunch. The beef was absolutely delightful and the service and drinks were fine.

Went here for dinner recently and we were not impressed. We had soup to start which was amazing but then the chicken burger was tasteless and the wings we ordered were like rubber. The wings here used to be amazing, what has happened

We had a very nice meal in this spacious restaurant. We started with a seafood cowder which was hot, tasty and almost a meal in itself. My wife opted for another starter as her main (a Satay) and I went for the Pie of the day (Chicken & Mushroom) and veg. The Pie was again delicious, with flaky pastry atop... More

Great quality house red and the best chicken salad I have ever had anywhere. We arrived late and took the last seat in the house but were in time for the kitchen to accommodate us. The other members of the party had fish, which was a rather small portion, and the steak, Both were happy with the order.
