This is the best restaurant in the country. I don't understand they didn't win the competition. Thank you for great food

First time we'd visited. Great atmosphere, speedy service.. It was quite a busy lunchtime, restaurant almost full. Brilliant to see a restaurant that offer a short menu, which they cook superbly. Would highly recommend, we'll be back.

We popped in for lunch as we were passing through Sligo. The place was busy but we managed to get a table with our gang of 5. The food took a while to arrive but was an absolute joy. The burgers were delicious, falafels too...More

My sister & husband visited Sligo this weekend which ended on Saturday night in Knox tapas restaurant. Between 4 of us we ordered 8 tapas which was more than enough for the group. Each different dish was just amazing, the food is genuinely beyond delicious....More

We had a meal in Knox recently. Very friendly and professional staff. The ambiance is a bit quirky but comfortable . The menu is extremely limited but great. Reasonably priced and very tasty. Would certainly go back.

Casey - for our tapas nights (thurs, fri, sat) we can handle up to c. 45 at any one time (pretty much our max seating). We're very close to the glasshouse (100yards). Hope this helps David (knox)
