Fresh food; excellent flavors. Go there if you're in Sligo, by all means! Gary Stafford is an innovative chef and the baker is French. Classic French pastries and desserts.

Gary is a great chef and his food is amazing. You simply don't get a lunch menu like this in any other cafe that we know. It is our must go to destination for lunch every time we go to Sligo.

Went here for late breakfast. Had french toast with rashers. It was a nice size portion but i thought the bread was slightly dry. Lovely atmosphere though and the range of food for lunch and desserts looked amazing.
