Bosh is a very nice place to eat - excellent atmosphere, great, well priced food. The ambience is laid back pub style, however it has also retained a restaurant feeling taking it beyond standard pub.

I was in here for dinner with my family last Saturday and got the steak sandwich which was delightful. We then got a few drinks and I'd like to give my praise to the barman Shane for making my visit exceptional. He was very helpful and insightful on what drinks to get. All in all Bosh is a great place... More

Four of us called in here for dinner before a long drive home. The portions were huge. Suffice to say none of us left feeling hungry. I enjoyed my steak sandwich, but I would have liked some more warning about the mustard spread on the bread. I would have asked them to leave it off if I had been asked... More

We had a meal in bosh. The spring rolls were tiny. The portion of pasta was small as well and pasta was overcooked. Staff were nice just need to either lower prices or increase portions.

The waitress we had was the rudest I've ever seen. We came in a bit before they were stopping serving food but we couldn't find a sign outside that gave the times and we did ask before sitting and they said they were still serving. There was still lots of people still eating or hadn't received their food yet. She... More

It's a pub, not a restaurant, but it's nice. The food is fairly priced and well prepared. Hubs liked his steak, and my chicken curry was tasty and generous. Starters were very nice, and dessert was good. Be careful if you order something like mayonnaise, though, because you will be charged extra for it, which I thought was a bit... More

Bosh is probably the livliest pub in Castlebar, especially at weekends. It shows all live televised sports on several big screen tvs. The food is great with great big portion sizes.

When I paid he had charged for... More
