About
A Little Taste of France in the Heart of Limerick City The French Table opened its doors in the Summer of June 2008. Owned by Strasbourg born Thomas Fialon and Limerick native Deirdre Fialon, the couple met in Paris where they were both on work placement. Thomas moved to Ireland with Deirdre where they spent a few years working, before travelling to Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean. Switzerland was their next destination, and together they managed a Restaurant and Bar in a busy ski resort. They Married in France before moving home to Ireland and creating The French Table, one of the Limerick's leading restaurants nestled on the banks of the River Shannon. We had a wonderful lunch (late Sunday afternooon)Very reasonably priced two course meal.Food was excellent and service matched the food.Would highly recommend this restaurant in a quiet scenic location on the Quay by the river Shannon

I enjoyed a weekend lunch in this modern, riverside cafe. I thoroughly enjoyed the salad with chicken and bacon while my wife enjoyed the 2 course dinner. Nice staff in a pleasant environment
