Had a really good dinner here a few nights ago. Excellent food and the wait staff was very helpful. I have some allergy restrictions which they were very good at accommodating to. Only thing here is that the vibe is quite and not very cozy...More

Landed in on the recommendation of a friend and after seeing a recent article on line. Apparently a large booking cancelled last minute leaving excess food prepared. Rather than spoil the food the owners brought it to local community members as a nice treat. We...More

We enjoyed our overall experience here. Beef & Guinness Stew and Steak were very satisfying. Only House wine by the glass, another would be a plus. Service was prompt and attentive.

Decor may not be outstanding but this restaurant is welcoming & comfortable. We were very happy with our choices. The chowder was filling & very tasty. The portobello stuffed mushrooms were delicious & the meatballs in gravy absolutely delicious. Not cheap but good value.

If you seek simple cooking of the traditional Irish style this is worth checking out. It's not cheap and the half bottle of label wine ordered turned out to be half a carafe of gods knows what - that tasted quite good to be fair....More

Lovely restaurant just across the road from Penneys. I had the seafood chowder and it was the nicest I've tasted in awhile. My kids had pasta and a burger while my wife had steak. All were delicious.

Our group of 8, including one gluten free diner, all really enjoyed our meals. The salmon was fresh and well-prepared, Bacon & Cabbage and Rack of Lamb also were excellent. Nice house wines, very good fries (chips) and great service made us very happy diners!

I'm a ( returning) Killarney native, so I was in no rush to go to Treyvaud's, which locally has the reputation of being highbrow, expensive international food. However, on one adventurous night my friend and I wanted something " different" and we decided to brave...More

The salad was great as well as the fish cakes. The salmon and Irish meatballs were wonderful. Cheesecake and crumble very good too. Cheesecake was like mousse.
