The barista told me he liked quiet times in between busy times as it allows him to clean up and prepare so he can make great coffee. When I heard this I was sold. And he did make great coffee. Friendly staff who chat to you as you wait for your coffee, cakes etc.

On a Fri evening at 5.30 was told by waitress she couldnt take our order or put it in for 10 minutes and it would then take approx 20 mins before we got served food. Room was half empty/full. When questioned she said it was because they are short-staffed! Most people were eating burgers. We left and went next door... More

Came to the G Counter for some Brunch after a girls night out and wasn't disappointed. The menu was varied and the food cooked well. Also, the pastry and cake display was fabulous! Staff were both accommodating and very friendly! Would definitely return again. Only negative I would have is parking. On a weekend morning it is a nightmare to... More

This place has huge potential to be fantastic. I've visited twice in the last two weeks on both occasions it's has been extremely busy , which is really great to see. First visit was with a buddy for a quick lunch the waitress was very pleasant and took out order promptly. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The issue... More

We had lunch here yesterday. The food was good and the staff friendly . Unfortunately there was a problem with the visa machine which wasn't made known to us till we were paying the bill Luckily we had just enough cash to pay the bill

Literally stopped here to grab a coffee and ordered a homemade sausage roll.. literally the most vile thing I've tried to eat! It was heated in a microwave so by the time I got it the pastry was soggy and the carrier bag was dripping in grease. The sausagemeat itself was cheap and very salty, raging I wasted 3e ...... More

Have been a regular customer here since the restaurant opened Found a female member of staff to be extremely rude bordering on Aggressive , looked to speak to her manager was ignored , when the manager Did arrive she was more interested in deflecting than dealing with the complaint Left feeling hollow and dreadfully disappointed , will not be returning

Not a very central location but convenient to the mini retail park here. First off I have to say that the service is unbelievably slow and I don't get how six staff on the floor and two behind the counter can move about and seem to be getting nothing done. I've never seen something like this before. Dirty tables, a... More

Food was good but would consider it a chipper trying to be posh, better places to eat in Galway and cheaper. Staff are really good and friendly, considering it was busy on each occasion I have been in (the GF loves the place, only reason I keep going back) Will review again if it improves.

Horrible management horrible food, it was impossible to make a complaint when the rudest person there was the manager. We hadn't finished ordering when the waitress walked away. The food was inedible.
