we wanted to eat seafood ! we found it. We also tested the Irish stew, warm you up! the calamari were really delicious, the crab salad a bit expensive but big portion and extra fresh... our girl as usual took a burger which was delicious too. The service was nice and dedicated (I did not know what as an Irish... More

Found this lovely little place on Trip Advisor after a long, wet cold walk a few miles away. Six of us enjoyed the most delicious calamari I have ever tasted (and I spend a lot of time in Greece!) and buckets of mussels with homemade chips. We couldn't resist some of their homemade apple pie & cream which was simply... More

Very small, but did not feel crowded. The food was spectacular! Had the calamari special and it was the best calamari I've ever had. Perfectly cooked and the chili mayo that came with it was great.

We love this cafe and go every year when we visit, however its menu has remained unaltered for over 4 years and although good, it could use an update! The scallops are mouthwateringly good every time and the mussels couldn't be fresher but this is a cafe and it charges "fine dining" prices. Its advantage is that there is little... More

Out for a drive taking in the beautiful scenery we decided to stop in Lenane for something to eat and weren't disappointed. The Blackberry Cafe is just lovely and the service was friendly and efficient. The mussels were amazing as was the cod and chips we will be back.

My daughter and I had lunch in the Blackberry cafe and Restaurant. There was plenty to choose from on the menu. We opted for cod gluons and fish cakes which both came with side salad with a delicious honey dressing and fries in a side dish. Presented very well and delicious. They have choice of desserts too which we didn't... More

We arrived here last Thursday 29th May with no reservations and were seated promtly at a lovely large table in the window overlooking the water , and with the majestic mountain watching over our repast. We ordered fishcakes for 2, chicken cajun wrap and the lamb stew. My stew was typical old fashioned lamb stew which is rarely seen nowadays... More

We stopped in for lunch while touring the Leenaun area. What a delightful place with the best calamari I have ever eaten in my life. The first order was so good I ordered a second one. This was such a nice find with a great server Shane, we will return on our next trip if in the area. My husband... More
