Been coming to this area for a over a decade. Always visit Harry's Place, at least once during our weeklong stay. Really nice staff and very good selection of food. Would recommend soup and sandwich deal. Always varied and always good.

A very poor customer experience in this cafe this morning. While having breakfast we were asked in a very impolite manner to quickly vacate the table. This request might be deemed appropriate if we were overstaying our welcome/drinking just tap water. But that was not the case, and we all felt that request to abruptly vacate our table was both... We were wandering around Dun Laoghaire and just a happened upon Harry's, decor is a little sparse, which I found left it a bit cold. But the waiter was friendly and the food we ordered was very tasty and good portion sizes. Would recommend it for lunch

Along with Gourmet Market, best 2 places for breakfast in Town. If you are a coffee snob, Harry's DOES have the edge on expresso. If not, it's a tossup for last morning food at a reasonable price. Yes, I have been here more than once and it is good EVERY time .....

I've raved about Harry's before. The service is friendly and efficient. The food, particularly the Asian style chicken soup, is scrumptious. But on this visit, I had regular tea, with my delicious bagel, smoked salmon and cream cheese. What a treat! Regular black tea made using tea leaves. A delicious alternative to the cheap offerings of most mid range cafes.... More

We visited around 12pm on a Sunday, we ordered the 'stack of pancakes', which says to expect 'two fluffy pancakes'. This cost €6-something, and consisted of two crepes. If I'd known that's what I would get, I wouldn't have ordered it. They weren't bad crepes, but I had ordered fluffy pancakes. It's one thing to say two pancakes is a... More

The €7 "stack of pancakes" consisted of two tiny and unsatisfying pancakes. Went home and had another breakfast afterwards. Avoid unless you have a huge wallet and a small stomach.

Another great lunch at Harrys, in contrast to the preceding review we found the service excellent. We have eaten here many times on visits and my wife likes their breakfasts. No we are not regulars it's only my 4th visit. My wife has been more over the last 7 years or so. The coffees were excellent and the spicy burger... More
