Excellent meal from start to finish! The starter, main course and dessert were absolutely delicious. Could not fault any part of the meal, particularly the apple crumble with lashings of custard- complete perfection. Staff were as friendly and as welcoming as always.

Visited this restaurant in April for a Birthday celebration. The staff were extremely hospitable and attentive. The food itself was delicious and well presented. Not a great choice for vegetarians.

Has been a favourite for years. First visit for a while, and not close to its best. Was surprised to secure a table, with little notice,on a Friday night. Not too busy, also unusual. Atmosphere a bit drab and food, not up to its usual high standard. My fish...More
