Great customer service a long way! The manager is always really friendly and that can really make all the difference! He didn't hesitate to give me more ketchup sachets which can't be said for other restaurants ... not a judgmental look in sight lol

Signed up with Trip Advisor just to give this place a horrible review. Got it to go and when we got back to the hotel the pizzas were all uncooked and raw, We ate about 1 slice Should have just burned my money, I would have enjoyed it more. Like the title says worst pizza I've had in my Life... More

The outside of the restaurant is much more appealing than the inside which is in need of renovation but being right beside our hotel and attracted by the menu we went in- only to have second thoughts. Not wanting to get up and leave or be rude, we stayed and ordered, anxiously waiting to see what the food would be... More

If you want cheap and cheerful this is the place to go. We had the pizza deal with the salad and chips which was freshly cooked, great quality and served with a smile. Would definitely come back. Reading the comments on here were misleading as if you want a cordon bleu meal then you have to pay cordon bleu prices... More

Went for the 9.95 pizza/salad deal - the pizza was pretty average, the salad was poor and there was a few chips included which were burnt there was quite a wait to get the menus and the place seemed a bit short staffed

With it's cheap tablecloths and odd colour scheme interior, this place doesn't scream high quality food but look under the facade and you will see for the price it's actually pretty good. It's pretty cheap so it won't be challenging michelin stars but sandwiches are pretty good even if the coffee is not that great. Service can be slow though... More

I do not like writing this review because I know people's livelihoods are connected to the business, but our "meals" were just terrible. (We should have checked out TripAdvisor before we walked in the door.) The spagetti bolognese was not good at all and looked terrible on the plate. It really looked unappetizing--and was. It was hardly warm at serving.... More

I had breakfast there couple of times and the food was good and the service was fast. Also, the restaurant is located in the center of O'Connell Street near most tour and other bus stops which makes it really accessible (as one can eat ad keep an eye on a bus etc.)
