Fantastic bar staff. Guinness perfect of course. Whiskey menu and advice is something to experience. Great pub away from the madness of the main tourist areas but still lively and craic to be had.

I really enjoyed the fish and chips but what I liked the most was the atmosphere. There were a lot of locals coming in to watch Gaelic football with their friends.

Great pub, with excellent service! Enjoyed a few after work drinks there recently and the barman Damien could not have looked after us better. Would highly recommend!

I had a pint here yesterday its one of my favourite old Dublin pubs. The bar man was excellent and even helped me with my crossword while still serving everyone.

Stopped in for a few pints and to hear some traditional music. Staff is very friendly and so are the musicians. Lots of locals for a nice conversation also. Beautiful to boot. We ended up staying until closing - it was our last night in Dublin and we think a great send off.

Great venue & well kept beers. Definitely like a time capsule as it was all those years ago & history all around you. If you want a true Irish pub experience look no further than this traditional Irish pub- a belter of a boozer! I didn't stop to try the food but on all accounts I'll be back to try... More

Such a perfect Irish bar, with the music the beers the pictures the nugs, and a perfect Irish coffee. Friendly service, for me place to be. I liked this pub the best from the times I was in Dublin!

Started by saying great WEE Irish pub but its quite big inside. Three bars in different areas. Good atmosphere. Lots of rugby jerseys from 6 nations. Also loved wee football figures in cabinet. Nice pub. Just here for a drink

Great atmosphere but full of grown men who should know better but who have never got beyond the bubble of their own mutual re-assurance. Get a snug.
