It was very busy on Friday night so the menu, which I thought rather dated, obviously appeals to others. On the plus side our main courses, steak and vegetarian pasta, were good. Our starters were unexciting but ok except for the accompanying breads which were...More

Monkfish was outstanding followed by great cheese plate, enough to share for 2. Khan oversaw attentive and friendly service. Top notch from start to finish.

Thankfully we worked off the set dinner menu or we would have been looking at 250 euro plus for four people. Very busy, noisy with better than average food and pretty average service. I was told by work colleagues "you are paying for the name"....More

Roly's Bistro opened in Dublin in November 1992 and quickly became one of the city's busiest and best loved restaurants. Its reasonably-priced menu and wine list together with a casual, light-hearted atmosphere made it an instant hit with everybody from romantic couples to families, from business executives to local and visiting celebrities. Today, a team of 27 chefs serve freshly-cooked food to over three thousand people a week without compromising on quality and standards. Fresh heated bread is baked daily in the bakery.
