Lovely clean surroundings and friendly staff. Bar area and Lounge with nice comfy chairs, big tables for meeting plenty of friends Good music on Saturday nights. I believe the grub is nice but haven't tried it yet. Big part of dun drum thats improved in leaps and bounds over the years...missing the presence of a great bar-man.R.I.P.

Visited for lunch last week and enjoyed the experience very much - lovely food well presented and reasonably priced. Its an oldfashioned sort of place with lovely staff. It was great to see an older gentleman have a snooze in the corner after his lunch and the staff left him undisturbed. Overall a nice place to visit and the food... More

Visited 3 times over a 3 day visit to Dundrum, friendly and welcoming, food gorgeous, staff amazing, Guiness pulled to perfection. Good old fashioned atmosphere in tap room, nice area in other side for food and live music. Highly recommended and would certainly return. Cannot fault anything here, really enjoyed. Thank you for a first class service every visit

Has a country feel and is in a great location on the main street. The staff are friendly and helpful. Often has live music and a good buzz but also relaxing.

typical bar food menu typical bar service not typical bar food. food was very good above the norm for bar food. pity about the staff which needed to be called upon several times before service could be gotten even then she was grumpy. would go back for the food but not the service

Thank you for taking the time to review the d.h. We were delighted that you enjoyed our food, and atmosphere, but saddened by the rudeness of one of our staff. We take all complaints very seriously, and would like you to contact Ian our manager,at ryansdundrum@gmail.com, so your complaint can be dealt with personally, and hope you will give us a chance to... This is the third year that I have eaten here. Flew over from England to visit Dublin and came here to The Dundrum House especially for lunch given the excellent food on offer. Highly recommend the Cod and the Scampi for its freshness.

Cracking beers in particular probably the nicest Guinness I have ever had even in Dublin. Good range of pub foods in particular lovely curry and steak. It's just beyond the shopping mayhem of the malls of Dundrum. And all the better for it. Go there and enjoy before some idiot bulldozers it and sticks in a MacDonald.

Definitely the best pub in Dundrum, the first time I went in I was very surprised as it's not how you expect it to be from looking at the outside. Big and large selection of drinks and always busy. It was lounge staff as well if you're too lazy to go to the bar
