True Irish pub setting with friendly banter and local clientele. Not a tourist spot. Shared a few lovely pints & got some local opinions on the current political situations!

It was a truly enjoyable experience at Bakers, good food, friendly people and great overall atmosphere at reasonable prices. The fish and chips were delicious as was the conversation provided by the Proper Bar Maids.
We went on a Saturday afternoon after a walk around the Liberties. Lovely warm atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Delicious Guinness stew and others had fish & chips, Caesar salad, soup etc. No complaints. The person who looked after us was Eileen ... very efficient.
