We were staying in a nearby B&B and this pub was recommended to us as we arrived. Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, we enjoyed the variety of the dishes offered on the menu. Prices are reasonable given the generous portions and quality of the food. (We had sea bass, scampi thai style, chicken wings& spare ribs, ...) Wine list... More

We were staying in a nearby B&B and Fagan's Pub was recommended by our host. We arrived for lunch to find a carvery set up, which allows you to create your own meal from a selection of offerings. Later, we returned for our evening meal, where you order from their extensive and varied menu. Our food was excellent and the... More

One of Dublin`s landmark pubs in the heart of Drumcondra sadly in need of open heart surgery from the Upholsterer and the Decorator. The Bar Stools must have a preservation order on them as they are threadbare there is more cloth in the Shroud of Turin than on these seats. A closer look and you might see the Last Dinner... More

Carvery plenty of food but quality wasn't great. The pub has a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly but the food could be a lot better - nothing wrong with it cooked well just didn't have the right quality about it for me

Jet lagged, we walked into Fagan's last Tuesday and had a wonderful lunch of lamb stew with mashed potatoes and carrots on the side. The staff was welcoming in such a fashion, we ate there the three nights that we were in Dublin. A varied menu sure to delight anyone.

There is a good choice of meals. Also I have to say that my last glass of Guinness was the best I've... More

This is an extremely popular restaurant in Drumcondra - former taoiseach Prime Minister) Bertie Ahern frequented it regularly-- can't believe you don't list it. Has an excellent menu
