Being local I'm probably a little biased but I have yet to have a bad meal in Isabel's. Myself and my other half had only discovered this hidden gem eary last summer. Keep up the good work guys.

My boyfriend and I visited Isabel's on a Thursday evening whilst on a short break in Dublin from London. We had booked as a result of the seemingly excellent TA reviews. I have to say, I feel like I must have eaten at a different...More

Could not say enough good things about our night in Isabel's. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a lovely atmosphere. Intimate, cost but not at all stuffy. The food was delicious. Wonderful fish with amazing risotto. Delicious blinis, freshly made, served with smoked salmon. Some...More

Great reviews here, made me wonder if I was in the same restaurant! But yes, Isabelle's on Baggot St! I wish I had taken photographs of our food, as our dishes looked polar opposite to the ones displayed on their site. Portions were tiny, presentation...More

Steven, I am very suspicious of this review and the motivation and timing behind this posting. The dish that you are referring to was on our menu for one night only in 2013. This review is a a second rehashing of a review we received...More

Dined on a Thursday evening with a voucher deal. I had the mackerel for starters and the rib eye for mains. The start was very nice and enjoyed it. The rib eye was nice but not amazing. I must admit I enjoyed the food better...More

Another great meal in Isabel's. Salmon with lobster was delicious. Great choice of wines. It is always a pleasure to eat so well in comfortable and welcoming surroundings without formality. I have been to this restaurant many times and always enjoy it. I had lunch...More

Really neat setting in the basement of an old Georgian townhouse. Were there for breakfast and the only people in the place. Food was outstanding, conversation with the gentlemen working (may have been the owner) very informative. Highly recommend. I bet it gets packed for...More

Thank you for your feedback. I suppose starting with the positives I am happy that you enjoyed your food and have passed on your praise to the chefs for the food you had in Isabel's. I'm still a little confused by your criticism regarding your...More
