Rude Staff? Poor Food? Absolutely NOT ...in fact the staff could hardly have been more attentive on this our first visit to the Suffolk Street Counter which was chosen totally at random. It was also mad busy (Friday at 6.30) ... we got one of the few free tables. Starter choice may be a bit limited but I settled for... More

I used to be a regular visitor to The Counter and especially loved their chicken wings with buffalo sauce. My last visit, however, left me very disappointed. I was served chicken wings which were not separated, so I was left to fight with big chunks of bones with a bit of meat on them which were also dry and there... More

Visited recently with a friend, the restaurant was very busy but got a table and served quite quickly. Food was nice, wine was shockingly poor, service was fine. Feel it was expensive for what it was, definitely better burger places around.

Staff always really friendly - which is what makes me go back! Reasonably priced and the chicken wings are to die for!! 5 star service!

Horrifically rude staff. We arrived at five to 9. The restaurant closes at 10 and it's a burger joint. At 9.45 our food hadn't arrived and the staff were escalating their animosity to the point that one of them started slamming a mop into my feet. If this were anything above a mediocre burger joint, i would find this kind... More

Lovely spot with great décor/ ambiance and delicious macaroons. Perfect fancy present for those with a sweet tooth, my mother loved it!

It used to be a nice place, but quality of service and most importantly food dropped significantly. Kids goujons were mostly a burnt crumble with a tiny bit of meat inside and over-fried chips. I had a burning sensation in my stomach just after trying the fries and we did not allow kids eating that. Burger was cold with clear... More

I ate here with friends at the start of December this year and I must say it was something scrumptious. I built my own burger and it was so good, all the ingredients were fresh and I was well catered for being a vegetarian. Great staff all over and very impressed. I will defiantly be going there again.

I loved this place: the burgers are awesome and you can build your own one just the way you like it, there are lots of choices. Very good ingredients, friendly staff. Definitely one of the best places in Dublin if you want a good burger!

This place is awesome! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I am allergic to gluten so they went through the menu with me,nothing was too much trouble and they even had gluten free beer! Lots of choice for coelics and most importantly the food was excellent!
