We had wanted to try Viva for quite a while as we had heard nothing but good reviews. It did not disappoint when we finally had the opportunity to eat there! We ordered croquets as a tapas dish to share along with the seafood paella. I was in the company of a Spanish person who agreed it was the finest... More

We visited Viva on a Saturday evening. We received a warm welcome from the staff and were offered drinks before being seated at our table. We ordered mixed paella, chorizo, croquettes, meatballs and calamari. We would highly recommend all these dishes. Everything was delicious and authentic. We love Spanish tapas and when we are away always try to go to... More

I just can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Having worked in hospitality management for years, I really feel that everyone new to the industry in Dublin should spend a week training under Ramiro; genuinely the best service I've received in a long time. Personal, funny, attentive and familiar, he is the reason that I will always go back... More

Wow... what a fantastic place to eat lovely food. Romario was a fantastic host and the food was beautiful. The scallops are a must. They were out of this world. The price was great between 2 of us. If we are in Dublin again we definitely will go back here. If you don't go here then you would be missing... More

I went to this restaurant recently after having read a favourable interview in a newspaper. Despite having seen one or two reviews of the food not being consistently good. I can be short. I ordered three tapas of around the 7 euro range each. They arrived (too) fast, and were lukewarm at best. Taste wasn't great either, it felt like... More

Never fail to impress in Viva. Food is to die for and best thing is they've great gluten free choices. Their chickpeas dish is amazing. Highly recommend it. If you like Spanish food you'll love Viva in Wexford Street

Worst Paella I have eaten I can make better at home. It was very dry, no flavour and contained hardly anything other than the mouthsfuls of dry rice. I have been given better food than this for free in Spain, I wouldn't eat here again, not even if it was free.
