Our kids wanted to try Bubble Waffles and Boba Tea, two stones one bird with Bubble Waffle Factory. It's tucked away and teeny tiny, but we all enjoyed our desserts, kids loved their tea, and we ended up having a fat chat with the gentleman...behind the counter. A small shop in a side ally and not easy to find. But if you like light airy sweet waffles filled with ice cream, cream, fruit, and chocolate as we do then this is the place to go.

The pleasant aroma reaches your nose before you stepped in the shop. Very tempting appearance. Surprised to have this good- taste dessert in dublin.

Not the best bubble waffle I’ve had but it was good. The combos are quite unique and the quantity is definitely huge. The peanut combo I chose was good. The waffles wasn’t cooked enough but was still good. Nothing healthy by any means, I also...feel like the quality of the ingredients isn’t the best. The prices are reasonable. Wouldn’t particularly go again as it’s nothing out of the extraordinary, I’m sure there are other delicious homemade waffles in Dublin.More

I was super excited to try the Bubble Factory but arrived to find ZERO Dairy free options. I was super disappointed. You would think that in 2019 they would have at least 1 variety of Ice Cream for the 65% of us who can't eat...traditional ice cream. We continued on and found a different place that makes bubble waffles who had 3 dairy free options.More

I had the rainbow chocolate waffle and it was AMAZING!! So fricken delicious! It’s a little hidden gem in Dublin and only reason I found it was because this guy was holding a sign pointing to waffles! It’s a must stop when in Dublin!

Small but nice and colorful decorated, they offer something that we haven't tasted before. The bubble waffles ! Easy to made, they will be prepared extra for you will be filled with candies, chocolate, fresh fruits and ice. A good idea for a desert in...normal price for what you get. Service very good as well. This piece of heaven was amazing. I cant remember what it was called that i ordered. But it had chocolate and chocolate pieces, and it even came with those chocolate sticks, and vanilla ice cream, and powdered sugar, and of course the waffle cone. It...was so freaking delicious. EVERYONE was looking at it as i was walking by, like where the heck did he get that?? lol You definitely need to try this amazing piece of artwork.More

It is the biggest waffle i have ever eaten and it was delicious! There is always a big crowd but they are really fast. The price is really worth it.

lovely bubble waffle, you can customise it or select from the options available. Located in a busy street and shop itself is very busy. Staff are fast, efficient and friendly. Selection is soo tasty and I cant wait to come back!
