Could not figure out if this Restaurant had a clear idea of what it was or where it's culinary influences lay. Not a good menu for choice. Fish platter was a strange combination of Smoked Salmon (cold ??), Smokes Haddock (hot ?? ) and battered Pollock. Pollock is one of those watery and tasteless white fish better left in its... More

I visited here for the first time last night with some friends and I most definitely will be returning. Everything from the decor, the service and of course the food were fantastic. It was more than just food, it was art on a plate with the most amazing flavour combinations that I ever could have imagined . Thanks Kate and... More

I was lucky enough to have lunch at this magical restaurant today. I had chicken liver brulee with melba toast and caramelized onion. For dessert I was absolutely blown away by the Gin and Tonic Jelly and Sorbet. The service was unobtrusive and perfect, the staff kind and helpful, the food; simple ideas beautifully presented. I cannot wait to go... More

We like this restaurant - it's friendly, welcoming and usually pretty good. My starter of Liver Parfait Brulee very good as always. Partners main of Collar Bacon with cabbage presented poorly, was little more than pulled bacon in a pyramid with a sliver of cabbage and overpriced at €23 including potato; my main of fish platter was a small piece... I went to Fenn's Quay with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. She actually picked this restaurant because we had eaten there last year with my parents and she had a great tasting memory of a dessert that was served to her. The menu is wide and offers a lot of different choices. It was quite hard to choose because everything... More

After booking a table for Valentine’s Day, my partner and I were greeted and seated promptly. Their menu was diverse with some very eye-catching dishes. We enjoyed the entire meal from start to finish. The only down was their quite limited wine list. Each dish was full of flavour. My starter of chicken liver brulee and blue cheese ice-cream, which... Well known by "locals". This intimate Restaurant really consists of 2 rooms in a building about 150 years old - located behind the Court House.
