A great spot for a quiet drink. We ordered the cheese board and some craft beers. The wine selection was also great.

The layout in a old Apothecary gives here so much character, with the old products on display and the layout not been altered. The food was nice and good selection beers, wine.

We would never have found this place if we hadn't wandered into The Bodega after 10pm one night looking for food. They gave us the "historical pubs" brochure and recommended Arthur Mayne's as they serve food until 1:30am. We didn't feel like walking that far that night, but we made sure we made it down there for dinner the next... More

Great wine, great food, great atmosphere! Cheese board was great, lovely bread. Delicious hummus and the goats cheese crostini was to die for.

I spent the weekend in Cork with some friend and we accidentally bumped into this lovely place: a distinctive atmosphere, central location and amazing food! I would definitely recommend it !

I was catching up with a friend from out of town. It was an ideal location. Central and easy to locate. Fantastic selection of wines. The tapas sizes are slightly larger than average tapas portions (Irish portions). Staff are extremely friendly. Its not a huge place, but crowd management is excellent. Its a buzzing place, with plenty of atmosphere. It's... More

I love this place to go with friends and have some wine and tapas. Arthur Mayne´s (Mayer for some friends of mine ;)) is a perfect place to chat with a date or friends in a nice sexy relax atmosphere, but only during week days because on weekends it is too crowded to enjoy it. **Maybe you can try to... I love eating out in Cork and always find the staff in the majority of restaurants and bars in the city to be very courteous and helpful - I cant say the same about the management in arthur maynes. Myself and my girlfriend started off our evening with wine and a cheese board. A lovely member of staff recommended a... More
