The view was nice, the ambience was nice. The food was ok although pricey. Service was inattentive. The overall experience was fine.

Located within the Inchydoney, Spa and Lodge Hotel this is their premium restaurant. Dinner package is €55 a head for 3 courses but worth it. The lamb and beef dishes excel and the cheese board is well definitely worth the money. Definitely a place for special occasion, please note they only have tables with sea view and they don't tend... Staying in a room on the same corridor it was a treat to have our breakfast in this lovely room with its magnificent Atlantic view. We also dined there one evening and enjoyed a fantastic variety of local produce beautifully prepared and presented. It's not a cheap option but well worth it as a special treat.

Good restaurant, very busy. Food is excellent quality, but pricey. €12 for a dessert is above my pay grade.

We were given a table by the window overlooking the vast expanse of the Atlantic ocean which was a a feast for the eyes in itself . We selected the Atlantic Seafood Chowder for the main course which was accompanied by a basket of slices of both dark brown walnut bread which was sweet and tasted more like a piece... More

We could not believe it had been so long since we dined here. We were welcomed and shown to a window table with the most amazing sunny evening view. We were offered beautiful fresh bread while we perused the menu. I had gorgeous Scallops to start - tasty but just enough. My husband had the Gulfstream Assiette - which did... More

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in Inchydoney hotel in June. On the final night, we ate at their more upmarket Gulfstream restaurant. I wasn't impressed. They are trying too hard to be a fancy restaurant, with fussy menu options. But they fall short by being unable to cater for dietary restrictions / by having very average service and... More

Beautiful setting, great service, but dinner food overall a bit disappointing, especially considering the rather high prices. However, no doubt one of the best venues, considering the very limited options on Inchydoney!

My Family and I went to the Gulf Stream Restaurant for a meal recently and we all really enjoyed it. It was my Daughters birthday so it was a special occasion. The staff were nice and helpful. The menu was excellent with a great choice. We all had different dishes and no one could fault anything. The portions were quite... More

On the occasion of my daughter's 21st birthday, we were looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate with the whole family. Since my difficult dietary requirements we did ring ahead with my list and we're reassured that there would be no problem. We arrived on the night and it was all made sooo easy, it was wonderful. I could just... More
