Popped in recently for a beer and pizza. A few choices on the menu for the pizza and whilst small in size they are adequate for a snack. Distinctly expensive beer however. €5.20 for a relatively new hopped beer on the market (per pint). Expect to pay €4.80 for same elsewhere. Good venue to meet friends earlier in an evening... More

One night in Cork and wanted to find something more traditional than the Hotel restaurant. After walking for about 10 mins along the canal, where we saw a seal frolicking, we found Sober Lane, really friendly staff, well poured Guiness and a nice red. Meal was piled high and too much for both of us. Great ambience and local charm

The service and the food was fantastic. All food was hot and we'll present. We were a large group and everything was perfect. Waitress was so lovely and helpful. Can't wait to go back again. Keep it up.

We went with a gout of friends and had some beer and burgers. Great quality and a nice price. Also, the balloon guy was really funny, we had a blast!

My wife and I were in sober lane for a bite to eat and a few drinks recently and we both really enjoyed it. Sober Lane had a real buzz about it, this is probably because they seem to try to do something different in there every night. The night we were in they had a free quiz night and... More

I was recently here for a work night out. There was a small area out the back reserved for us so we had our own space. Most people ordered pizza and were very happy with their food... Also big fans of the Sweet Potato Fries. The staff were very helpful and made me non-alcoholic Daiquiris as I was driving, The... More
