What I like about this chinese is what you order is what you get that is if you order sweet & sour you get it & it has its own distintive taste. I find in some chinese rest all sauces taste the same. You can bring your own wine & pay corkage of !€5 which is very good. Make a... More

I myself live in the Blarney and I have to say the Lantern house is one of the best restaurants in the area. Its a small, cosy restaurant in the middle of the village. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Always makes you feel welcome. Offers eat in and take away. Highly recommended!

Went here on a Sunday night. Small restaurant but very nicely decorated. We were made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent. We both went for chef recommended dishes. Very reasonably priced for the portions and quality.

You have to try this place if you are in Blarney. Excellent food, brilliant service and not too expensive. Early bird menu is great value. While we were eating even Roy Keane dropped in and collect his takeaway. We will definitely be back .

This is a small Chinese restaurant in a small but well-known village on the outskirts of Cork City. We have eaten here many times and it is always worthwhile. On this recent visit, we opted for their early evening menu which, at €16.90 for three courses, is exceptional value. My main of duck was sadly, not available on the night,... More

Nice small restaurant with friendly staff and exotic menu. Took the family for valentine dinner and we all loved it. The quality and quantity were just right and the dessert..exotic..affordable too!

I have eaten here many times both in the restaurant and as a takeaway. I have never been disappointed by the food. Really large menu and everything I have tried has been delicious. When eating in the restaurant the staff are friendly and relaxed. Thoroughly enjoyable dining experience

Good food, reasonable prices and a cosy atmosphere. Friendly staff and a good location in the heart of Blarney. A Chinese meal here and a lively pint across the road in The Muskerry Arms, will add to a great visit to Blarney

Absolutely delicious food and we received great service from our waitress. It's also in a good location, right in the middle of Blarney town with ample parking on the street and nearby car parks. The food was the nicest Chinese food I have tasted in a very long time. We do regular visit to this restaurant it’s probably the best... More
