This pub is friendly and cozy. We sat by a lovely warm fire with a pint to warm up. Honestly the food wasn't very good, not terrible but not worth it either. The staff however are incredibly friendly. I think I would go back but just for a pint, the fire, and friendly conversation with locals. Which is more than... More

Friendly family run bar/ Restaurant/ Hotel . An extremely family friendly welcome here from the O'Connors and their staff. Good place to have food, drink and watch a match on the multiple TV's. Smart modern rooms in the hotel and a cosy new restaurant, upstairs

Upstairs in the Muskerry Arms in Blarney Co. Cork has had a makeover, lovely atmosphere, spotless bathrooms, even though it was busy we did not have long to wait to be served. The food was excellent, my wife had lamb and I went for the beef, generous portions and excellent quality. There is a full bar as well and very... More

I didn't eat here but the place smells wonderful! I popped in after kissing the Blarney Stone. Had a few good Guinnesses. It is clearly a locals pub that's also good to the myriad visitors it clearly gets. Very nice, will return

We got into Blarney right at dinner time and used Trip Advisor to find a good place to eat. Luckily we landed at Muskerry Arms. Great vegetarian option for stir fry with noodles! Have to go again before we leave to eat it once more! So yummy! Love the story behind this place which you will read on the back... More

Spent two nights in Blarney (at the Woolen Mills Hotel) and both nights popped over to the Blarney Local for a pint. The place was quite full on both Friday and Saturday nights and clearly a highlight. Warm, welcoming, and good craic. Neither night we were there had live music (apparently it was supposed to start at 10pm) but instead... More

Very friendly and delicious breakfast. Hit the spot after an overnight flight and drive from Dublin. Friendly staff and warm townspeople.

A great little fine in Blarney. Very child friendly and the food was good. Kieran was singing that evening, and really had a lovely rapport with my kids. We all enjoyed a lovely evening there. Would go back

The owner, Gary, was by far the most opened arms person that we met in Ireland. His stories were delightful to listen to and he was extremely welcoming. I will definitely try to come back here next time I go to Ireland.

Description
The Muskerry Arms was established as a small Public House in 1838 and is named after the Muskerry Tram Line, which serviced the village of Blarney up until the 1930's. The premises is owned by the O'Connor Family since 1984 and is personally managed by the O'Connor Family. The Muskerry Arms is a great family run business, offering 11 recently decorated superior bedrooms, live music, coverage of all sporting events on our big screens, great food & drink and always a warm welcome from our friendly staff. The Muskerry offers the ambience of a great Irish Pub with the olde world charme & character in the decor and the friendly reception you will recieve coming through our doors. So if you are just passing through or just back from visiting the Castle, Blarney Woollen Mills, it's all waiting for you here in the Muskerry Arms. After extensive renovations over time we now have an establishment rich in heritage and folklore which continues to be the focal point of Blarney. Every Monday -Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday Night during the Summer we have a Traditional Irish Music & Storytelling Session in our upstairs Tavern Room. Starts at 7pm until 9pm. No Cover Charge.
