Had the most amazing lunch at Drummonds. It's been a long time since I've had a decent haddock supper. It was perfect, so fresh and the batter was a really thin and crisp. My boyfriend had the steak pie which was equally outstanding. We will definitely be back next time. Thanks Derek & Chtistopher

this is a family run very friendly restaurant off the main street and if visiting the theatre one can walk over the bridge in five mins or so Food was good and reasonably priced

I had visited Drummonds on many occasions whilst visiting my friend George Beedie who lives in Pitlochry & I had no hesitation in taking the L.O.T.S.W. Group along for a meal & refreshment.

We stopped in here for a high tea and was disappointed with the soggy batter on the fish and the pretty rubbery clootie dumpling which I had been looking forward to. It's a lovely wee restaurant but I wouldn't recommend the food.

This restaurant is not one that I would have picked due to the clutter around the walls and look and feel of the place, however it was booked by the group I was traveling with. The pate was a slab of supermarket pate that tried to be nothing else and succeeded perfectly. I then had the steak pie and chips.....sadly... More

should've had the fish and chips Everything else was a car crash on a plate. Flavourless and mostly out of a packet. I asked, "what gins do you have?" "Gordon's" me - "but there are 150 good gins now" "People only ask for Gordon's" Me - "that's because you only have Gordon's" Sums it up.

Looking for a lunch break in Pitlochry and drove down a side road by mistake, but I found Drummonds a licensed café. The menu was simple, the service with a smile and a bit of banter was excellent and the food that I had was wonderful and very reasonably priced. Don't be put off by the exterior its not that... We stopped in here on way to the theatre for a refreshment and returned the following day for a meal. The service is good and the food was lovely home cooked and fresh.
