This was busy but well run restaurant the waiting staff were helpful and anxious to please. Food was lovely and fresh with good portion size. When our preferred order was not available and second choice given, staff removed this item from our bill as a goodwill gesture which was very generous and was not something we expected, however this demonstrates... On the hoof, nice and filling. Value and choice of other not chip shop stuff. Restaurant small and the view not really to die for......But hey.....It's a heck of a lot better than all the local chain rubbish. Just off the A9, parking a plenty, and a Shell / M&S if you are passing through

Visited this evening for takeaway. I was very unsure as a distinct lack of decent fish and chip shops in Inverness. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Clean environment. Fish and chips slightly expensive but lovely. Perhaps you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

Used to come here all the time. Staff used to be good, years ago. Supervisor now clearly not interested and playing around on her phone, and as another reviewer said, staff very unhappy and disinterested in the customers. Food arrived only lukewarm so was clearly sitting around as we had to wait 40 minutes for our food. Ridiculous waiting time... More

I've been here numerous times over the years but won't be back. It used to be very good, quick service and busy, but has gone way downhill. It was very quiet, I seen four staff, all of whom ignored us for well over 5 minutes , whilst playing with their phones and preparing food for the few other customers. Eventually,... More

Well if this is supposed to be the best fish and chips in Inverness I wouldn't like to taste the worst. There was no crisp to the pastry like batter on my fish and it tainted the fish too. Nobody came to check everything was OK. No questions asked as to why half my food was still on the plate... More

I've been advised breakfast butties are great here as us their fish and chips however I went for a full 9 piece fry up being on the hungry side. The young waitress, while being very presentable early on a Sunday morning did not offer nor reciprocate my greeting or smile which lowered the tone. Got to say that I've not... More

Stopped for our tea. Service was very fast which was good. Good sized portions at a very reasonable price. Free parking on site.
