After a trip up the mountains either by foot or the funicular railway. The restaurant has excellent cake and soup with very good views of the surrounding area from the near top of Cairngorm. There is also a shop.

Went in today for drinks and cake. Pleasant enough cafe, but incredible view. Staff were nice. Was quiet when we arrived, but got busier with skiers as we left.

Brought my fiance up for the first time. Took the train of course, macaroni cheese could have been cheesiest but no one seems to add enough strong cheese nowadays. Shame the view was not good, cloud cover.

We stopped here for lunch. Family of 5. Perfect food and drinks. Yes it is expensive but it is at the top of a mountain!. You will not find a mcdonalds up here.. Lovely staff. Thank you.
