Clean (sauber), orderly (ordentlich) and comfortable (gemutlich), exactly as you would expect of a German beer-house knockoff sitting smack-bang in the middle of Glasgow. Although it professes to be a Bavarian establishment, it confused me by displaying the flag of Berlin and offering beers that...More

Stopped in for a quick drink. Wasn’t to busy. Had a Berliner which was very nice. Didn’t have food but I did see food coming out and it looked nice. However the staff all looked unhappy. Not sure what the problem was.

Great beers at this place. Weiss beer was really good. Less impressed with the food. The schnitzel was a bit dry and my mates sirloin wasnt memorable.

We had the haxe and the sharing platter - which were both good. If I had a complaint, that would be that the sauerkraut was dry - not so sure though if it was meant to be dry!!
