Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is genuinely my favourite place for lunch. The staff are always so friendly and provide fast and efficient service. Bagels are unreal. They also have really nice freshly squeezed orange juice :)

Nice place and lots of options. It is a little pricey but not too bad for the West end.
Its a bit slow almost like subway with bagels. So maybe not ideal if your in a huge rush.

Sometimes a filled bagel hits the hunger spot far better than a mere sarnie - and these ones pack a punch! The New York deluxe filled with pastrami, crunchy gherkins and cheese was deliciously tasty and satisfied our appetites, but you'll need more than one napkin if you're a messy eater like me. Impressed by the various choice of fillings and the choice of bagels too.(Ours was poppy-seed, if anyone's interested) Was delighted to find the Bundaberg peach drink in the chiller cabinet as it's hard to come by. Only negative was it was a bit chilly to sit in on a very cold day, but thankful of a sit-down nevertheless.

I ordered the Reuben. What I received looked nothing like the picture on the window outside or what I've had in proper New York deli's. The bread was stale and chewy as it had been heated in an industrial microwave oven. The sides of the bread were dry and over toasted. The filling wasn't much better, there seemed to be far less than the advertised half a pound of salt beef and what there was was dry, not the moist buttery texture that it should have.
I attended lunchtime on 28 September on Byers Road and the dark haired lady who served me seemed flustered and clueless hence why it was over cooked. Her blonde colleague seemed to know what she was doing so perhaps score could go up to a three if properly made.

Visited for breakfast on a recent trip to Glasgow. Hubby’s bagel was fine but I couldn’t have been more disappointed.
I asked for peanut butter and jam on a cinnamon bagel which is one of my favourites. I asked for the raspberry jam but it was obvious there was hardly any left in the jar, and instead of offering me a different flavour I was given the tiny scraping that was left in the bottom of the jar - see attached photo. It probably wasn’t even 1/4 teaspoon of jam for the whole bagel! I ended up putting it in the bin and going to the nearest Pret. Won’t be back.

Lovely wee place with high variety of bagels. You must try the Pulled pork with Jack Daniels sauce, as well as the houmous and falafel one. I’ve visited several times and will definitely be back again.

I generally avoid fast food takeaway places, but hunger drove me in.. to a pleasant surprise. Good selection on offer. Had chicken Caesar bagel which was well filled and nicely put together by friendly assistant (Byers Rd). Very tasty and satisfying.. good coffee too. Reasonably priced so good value for the money. Will definitely go back again!

Freshly prepared, delicious bagels, as well as wraps, panini and baked potato.
Everything is prepared for you while you wait, so you may have to queue. It is worth it, though. There are a range of fillings and I could quite happily come here multiple times as I like the food and the service. Coffee is tasty, too.
There is seating which is useful. It is worth waiting for great tasting, fresh food. I thought it was good value. Will definitely visit again.

Looking for a quick snack in Byres Road today and went not this shop.

Prices good and staff very welcoming, worth a visit next time in the area.

Staff were really helpful and allowed us to pick any fillings we wanted. Perfect for any time of the day. We were peckish but not hungry enough for a massive breakfast so this was perfect!
