Popped in here for lunch today and was served by the lovely Lindsay. We asked for her recommendation to which she replied the Kedgeree. We were not disappointed with both the portion size and the value for money @£6-30 The kedgeree was the best I’ve...tasted in any restaurant and served with black pudding and a poached egg atop. It truly was delicious. We were seated outside in the September sun and enjoyed the convivial atmosphere of the place aided and abetted by the very pleasant server Lindsay. We will certainly be back!,More

Our go to cafe for brunch at the weekend. The kedgeree is delicious and the service is friendly and efficient. I love the family owned feel of the place (loads of family pics ln the walls)

Such a good breakfast! 1st one out since lockdown and it was perfect! So relaxing, wonderful service, music was playing and coffee was great! We had the Scottish full cooked breakfast and the most amazing eggs Benedict with black pudding and avocado - will be...going back for sure as the menu had so many options!!More

I have been here twice. First time good but this time pretty average. Staff not particularly friendly and felt we needed to leave ASAP after we finished our food! Table cleared instantly!

Hi. Sorry you did not enjoy your visit. At present we are operating a one and a half hour per table policy. I just wish on your previous visit which you enjoyed, that you could have made comment on trip advisor. Regards John

I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem near Broomhill. We had booked a table because there weren,t many places we were allowed to go to that had tables available at such short notice. The menu is very "Scottish" and varied. 4 brunches, 3 coffees,...pot of tea and cakes all round to finish....£52.00 including couple of quid tip. Great value for great food. Thanks Cafe Circa....we,ll be back!!More

We popped in for a quick coffee, service and food good but in these uncertain times ....waitress was not wearing a mask...no track and trace. Doubt will be back, even though it's a nice cafe.

Have been going to this cafe for the last 8 years and it just gets better and better. The food is top notch, the service is too. Lovely family run business who can’t do enough for you. This place is no frills that takes you...through the decades with family pictures. I’ve tried other places and I’ve worked in the industry before and I know how competitive it can be but the guys refuse to sell out and stick to there values! Even if they continue to allow Sean keep singing ;) keep up the good work McMahons and staff! Much love! Ps one day I’ll have me picture on the wall haha!More
