My family and I had a day off and decided to go out for breakfast at Leven Valley, after paying for the breakfasts at the till , a female staff member said that the ovens were broken and that was all that was left , OMG you would have to see this to believe it , the food was dried... More

Was here yesterday, And was very impressed with the young lady on the floor who took her time out to decorate the restaurants christmas tree. Using her initiative she involed the children to help do the tree while she kept on top of her work.

We visited 08/11/16, decided to try the carvery. Well presented, warm and properly cooked food. In saying that the Roast Beef was a little too well done for my liking but a very nice lady chef made sure we had some from a fresh roast that was tasty and succulent. Also tried some of the gammon this also was tasty... More

Nothing on the table nor menu about ordering at the bar. But comon sense told us to go to the bar were we relised that were you order. One meal came... More

What a horrible place to dine. We travelled back from france and stopped here for something to eat before continuing our 2hr journey home. The chef (at least the one on the carvery) and his sidekick were the rudest people in the catering trade that i have ever come across and should be considered a disgrace to the profession. We... From the moment we arrived till we left, the service we received was 100%. Some off us had the carvery, some ordered sandwiches, soup, baguettes, macaroni....there was 13 of us. Nothing was a problem for the staff. We were quickly served our food, and managed to keep to our allocated time. I recommend Leven Valley as a great place to... More

I have said in a previous review I would not be keen to return to this restaurant for dinner but I'm glad I gave it another chance. Fresh, tasty food. Spotlessly clean tables and fantastic, friendly staff. Keep up the good work Leven Valley. This visit was a vast improvement on my last visit.

This is a low end eatery but four can eat here for under 320 total. (plus drinks. The carvery is good and the fish and chips is particularly good value. It is not plush but if you want a quick good meal with family, kids, or friends for very little money you will be happy here.

The pub itself could do with a refurbishment, no doubt about that. However, this is the second time I've visited for a carvery lunch and it's not half bad. The restaurant was nice and quiet on both occasions. The chef at the carving station friendly and the food was pretty good if I do say so. Delicious gammon and turkey... More
