Went with my teenage son and daughter, place was relaxed with quirky furniture it went down really well with the kids. Great, friendly, attentive service. Food was delicious, though portions could've been a bit bigger. Would highly recommend. I felt there could be more choice on the menu though I understand a big menu can affect quality of food going... More

What a great gem 💎 just opposite the Hillhead subway station. It's one of the best wee restaurants in Glasgow. Great food and they change the specials weekly.

This is the third time we have visited. And yet to complain Having been to Vietnam before the smell as you walk in is familiar and bring back memories. Food was delicious and customer service was faultless. We had a bowl of pho which was lovely. Some pork rolls.(recommended) and also a special which was a fish dish. Can't wait... More

Was the fifth or sixth time we have visited, and can't find fault, Staff are always helpful, tasty food, always a traditional coffee to finish. Specials board is always full of something different.

We were taken there by a friend who had been a few times before. We were looking forward to it but entering realised this wasn't quite what we were expecting. A cloying greasy odor and seating round a cramped table close to the serving area made for an uncomforable experience. Staff were friendly and advised us on the dishes but... More

We booked here having been told by a friend how wonderful the food was so we were keen to give it a try. The first thing that struck us was the over powering pungent smell that hit us as we walked in , however unsure if this was part of the experience we continued to our table. Staff at this... More

Really disappointed with the food. Nice idea and surroundings, but poorly executed menu. All the dishes tasted the same; over cooked, too much sesame seed oil, lemon grass and soy. Not enough spice. Did not taste like authentic Vietnamese cooking. The service was ok, but the waiter forgot to mention the specials and forgot items we'd ordered, then lied.

Me and my family have visited The Hanoi Bike Shop a few times the past few months and have not been disappointed. The exterior is very nice and the interior also looks very good. My kids are vegan so it was great for them and there was also a huge menu full of delicious food for me and my meat... More

The Hanoi Bike Shop is a little down a side lane off Byers Road - easy to find. It sort of evokes Hanoi from the visuals outside and inside, has authentic "Vietnamese" decor and certainly has the smells that I remember from a visit to Hanoi a couple of years ago (pungent "fishy spicy"). This all makes for an authentic... More
