A fantastically Italian coffee shop/cafe/deli, it's tiny but excellent. Any time I've been in, the food is of excellent quality and the coffee is superb. Hoghly recommended.

Popped in with my boyfriend for a quick sandwich - the place is a wee Italian gem! Amazing choice of ciabatta/focaccia, great coffee and also a selection of cakes and pastries. Great option to choose between "Italian hot chocolate" or "British hot chocolate" - only Italian people would knoe how much difference there is between the two!!! Also selection of... More

If you hanker after the ambiance and flavours of local Italian cafes from that recent holiday, look no further. This little gem is the real McCoy. And the staff are lovely…

The first thing you will notice when you go to Smile Cafe is it's always full of Italians. And that tells you something. The coffee is the real deal, and there are a huge selection of focaccia and ciabatta to choose from, all with traditional Italian cured meats and cheese. The cakes and ice cream are also made to traditional... More

Absolutely the best coffee in Glasgow. The staff are so friendly that you want to stay all day. The food is also great.

The coffee I had was beautifully presented and came with a delicious biscuit on the side. Pesto and mozerella panini was also delicious and came with crisps and side salad. Cost £7.50 roughly for vanilla latte and food which is reasonable. Interior and atmosphere brilliant. Friendly staff too!

I would recommend go for a cake and coffee but avoid the sandwiches. They advert the food as fresh and quality but the reality seems a bit different. Prices too high if compared with quality of food. Friendly staff though.

Don't get me wrong the food they provide is very good and the pasta, sauce and so on that you can buy there are italian without doubt, but I think they are too expensive. I see this caffe as a place to go for a treat rather than going on a regular basis.

I was up in Glasgow with work and was too early so popped for a cup of green tea. First thing I noted was how open and spacious it was. Service was quick and polite. Very smart cups. I also like the Vespa pictures but just a personal taste. I headed back over at lunch (no lunch provided that's austerity... More
