Firstly, not all the local buses come into the bus station. However, all the longer journeys buses start and end here. Buses to Stirling, Cumbernauld and further north all depart from the station as does the airport bus connection to Edinburgh. West coast services depart from here. Plasma screens tell you which stance you need supported by an enquiry desk... More

The shops inside could be so much better. The space has so much potential and could bring in much more money. It's just not that great. Especially as a last resort before you get on the bus. Way too expensive and very little choice.

Food didn't taste nice and incredibly over priced. Cutlery was also very poorly cleaned. I would only ever go to this place again, if I was in desperate need of food. The pastries seem to be very similar if not the same as the ones bought from the near-by sainsburys, I in future would go there to purchase the pastries... More

Greatest staff of all time. Don't listen to the haters, go in and grab a coffee off these legends. Big fan.

Clean place, buses on time, cafe restaurant available, gift shop. Basically all what u need is there. Helpful information desk. Grab your self a burger from the burger and hot dog stand which is located out side the bus center;$

I would rather not eat or go near this place, spend your money somewhere else, Cup of hot chocolate , doesn't taste nice and the smell is not the best, Customer service should be number one thing but its not the best in this place. The bus station alone is a money maker, the bathrooms are a joke 30p to... More

Ashamed to be Scottish with the language and the welcoming you receive of these people who work in here. Not even polite conversation. Staff are to busy shouting at each other and swearing The prices are over inflated to for the poor quality food that is served

I go in on occasion from work and every time I have my jaw drops at the language of the staff!!! Do they think because it's not a five star restaurant it's ok for everyone to hear. The manager is just as bad, if I spoke like that in my job I would be out the door.

With so many other places available near by there really is no need to buy over priced 'truck stop' food from here. But at least they don't charge to use the loo!
